In a research found that humans take 20g of nuts in daily, it will help to reduce the risk of 30% from heart disease, 15% from cancer and 22% early death.

According to the research analysis report from imperial college London and the Norwegian university of science and technology shows that 819,000 peoples participate in the research and in the test results they found that 12,000 peoples are suffering from heart diseases, 18,000 peoples from cancer diseases and more than 85,000 early deaths.

Nut contains nutrition values, magnesium, and polyunsaturated fats, which will help to reduce cholesterol levels and prevent the so many diseases

Dagfinn Aune author said that “In nutritional studies, so far much of the research has been on the big killers such as heart diseases, stroke, and cancer, but now we’re starting to see data for other diseases”.
“We found a consistent reduction in risk across many different diseases, which is a strong indication that there is a real underlying relationship between nut consumption and different health outcomes. It’s quite a substantial effect on such a small amount of food.”

Nuts have so many benefits for humans to help to prevent diseases and improve the health, that why to take nut at least 20g per day in your daily life.
